Beigle currently serves as director, president, and chief executive officer of Ridgeline Royalties Incorporated, a prominent royalty and stream financing firm focused on clean energy mining. Prior to his role at Ridgeline, he was part of Newmont Corporation’s investor relations team from 2018 to 2020.
With a professional background that includes serving as a mining analyst at Manning & Napier Advisors from 2004 to 2016, Beigle has demonstrated significant expertise in the industry. His board experience includes leadership roles with the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute and the Society for Mining, Metallurgy and Exploration.
Chairman Anthony Marchese highlighted Beigle’s potential contribution, noting that his deep experience in precious and critical metals mining will be crucial to the company’s growth strategy. Following Beigle’s appointment, TMRC’s Board will consist of six directors, with five being independent.
Beigle’s academic credentials include a Master of Science degree in mining engineering and management from the South Dakota School of Mines and a Bachelor of Science in business with a finance specialization from Liberty University. He is also a CFA charterholder.
The appointment accompanies the resignation of Kevin Francis from the Board, who is stepping down for personal reasons. TMRC expressed gratitude for Francis’s service and insights during his tenure.
The company continues to focus on developing the Round Top heavy-rare earth, technology metals, and industrial minerals project in Hudspeth County, Texas, where it currently holds an approximate 19.3% interest through a joint venture.
