The Home Design and Remodeling Show will return to the Broward County Convention Center from January 30 through February 1, 2026, marking South Florida’s largest home expo with more than 150,000 square feet of exhibition space. The event brings together hundreds of exhibitors and thousands of products and services focused on home renovation, from kitchen and bathroom remodeling to smart home technology, outdoor living, impact windows, furniture, decor, and custom interiors.
Headlining the 2026 show is Drew Lachey, entertainer and HGTV personality, who will appear on Saturday, January 31, and Sunday, February 1, at 3 PM for live presentations, audience Q&A, and meet-and-greet sessions focused on DIY inspiration. The event features a full schedule of expert-led presentations including 2026 interior design trends, natural stone principles CEU presentations for professionals, property tax savings insights with Broward County Property Appraiser Marty Kiar, and real estate insights from South Florida professionals.
On Saturday and Sunday, the Live Culinary Experience sponsored by Fuse Specialty Appliances & Plumbing, Lifetime Kitchen, Lioher, and Thermador will feature interactive chef demonstrations. Chef Bhavesh Patel of the Broward County Convention Center will appear on Saturday, followed by Chef Amanda Currie of Hell’s Kitchen Season 23 and Lucky Lou’s Raw Bar on Sunday, each demonstrating techniques and recipes attendees can recreate at home.
The Designers Show House will showcase the latest trends through installations by South Florida’s top designers including Perla Lichi of Perla Lichi Design, Catherina De Nicolo of Denfit Design, and Ariel Asoulin of Glam Goals Interiors. Friday, January 30, is designated as Industry Day, offering interior designers, architects, builders, and home professionals access to CEU-approved education, networking opportunities, and exclusive trade resources where attendees can earn up to 3 CEUs in one afternoon.
