Wacker Neuson CFO Christoph Burkhard to Step Down, Reinhard Frisch Appointed Successor

Wacker Neuson SE, a leading manufacturer of light and compact equipment, announced a change in its Executive Board. Christoph Burkhard, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), will step down from the company’s Executive Board by mutual agreement effective August 31, 2026, after more than five years of service. Reinhard Frisch, currently Commercial Managing Director of Wacker Neuson Produktion GmbH & Co. KG in Reichertshofen, will assume the role of CFO effective September 1, 2026. Frisch has been with the Wacker Neuson Group since 2004 and has held various leadership positions in Germany and abroad, including serving as CFO of Wacker Neuson North America. His extensive international experience is seen as a key asset for the company’s continued growth.
