The Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM) has announced that its Homeowners Outreach Program Enterprise (HOPE) Grant recently provided financial assistance to a qualified homeowner facing hardship within their community. The grant covered the homeowner’s community assessments for one year, offering meaningful relief and enabling them to remain an active member of their community.
The HOPE Grant, established by AACM members and affiliate partners, aims to support homeowners experiencing challenges that affect their ability to meet homeowners association obligations or maintain their property. The program provides financial support and, in some cases, property maintenance assistance to those who qualify. “Our communities are our neighbors, families, and friends.
