IVU Traffic Technologies AG, a leading provider of software and IT solutions for bus and rail companies, is intensifying its investor relations efforts to make its business performance more transparent for investors and analysts. The company announced a significant acceleration of fast-close processes and the introduction of interim analyst conference calls starting in Q3 2026. This move comes on the heels of strong preliminary results for the first half of 2026, which led to an upward revision of the full-year earnings outlook.
In an ad hoc announcement on July 20, 2026, IVU reported that operating profit (EBIT) for the first half of 2026 rose to EUR 3.3 million, up from EUR 1.0 million in the same period last year. The improvement is attributed to growth in recurring revenue and the initial success of efficiency-boosting measures. As a result, the Executive Board now expects a full-year 2026 EBIT of approximately EUR 22 million, up from the previous forecast of EUR 20 million and compared to EUR 18.6 million in 2025. The outlook for consolidated revenue of over EUR 160 million and gross profit of approximately EUR 130 million remains unchanged.
Starting in Q3 2026, the company will move up its reporting dates by about two weeks due to streamlined fast-close processes. For instance, the results for the first nine months of 2026 will be published on November 5, 2026, instead of later. All reports will be available on the company’s investor relations website at https://www.ivu.com/en/investors/financial-reports.
IVU will also introduce interim analyst conference calls as standard practice, allowing investors and analysts to discuss earnings performance with the Executive Board in English. Additional in-person and digital communication formats are planned. “We have demonstrated in recent years that our business model is viable and scalable. The preliminary figures for the first half of 2026 and the resulting upward revision of our full-year outlook strongly underscore this. Now is the time to make this strength even more visible on the capital markets – with greater transparency, more dialogue, and greater consistency in our communications,” says Petra Meiser, CFO of IVU Traffic Technologies AG.
The company plans to publish its final half-year results on August 27, 2026. These developments signal IVU’s commitment to improving shareholder communication and capitalizing on its operational momentum.
