LaFleur Minerals Inc. (CSE: LFLR) (OTCQB: LFLRF) has raised over C$11 million through public and private offerings to support the restart of gold production at its Beacon Gold Mill and advance exploration across its Quebec properties. The company plans to process mineralized material from its Swanson Gold Deposit at the mill, initially targeting 750 metric tons per day before increasing throughput to 1,250 TPD as mining operations expand.
The funding comes as gold prices have risen substantially since early 2025. LaFleur’s base-case planning reflects lower historical prices, meaning the company expects its planned production operations to generate strong profitability. The company’s Swanson and recently acquired McKenzie East Gold projects encompass approximately 23,000 hectares within Canada’s prolific Abitibi Gold Belt, with drilling programs continuing to expand its resource base.
LaFleur Minerals recently released the results of a positive Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) for the Swanson Gold Project and the planned restart of the Beacon Gold Mill. The Swanson Gold Project is approximately 19,214 hectares and includes several prospects rich in gold and critical metals previously held by Monarch Mining, Abcourt Mines, and Globex Mining. LaFleur has consolidated a large land package along a major structural break that hosts the Swanson, Bartec, and Jolin gold deposits and several other showings.
The Beacon Gold Mill, recently refurbished, is capable of processing over 750 tonnes per day. LaFleur is considering using it to process mineralized material from Swanson and for custom milling operations for other nearby gold projects. The Swanson Gold Project is easily accessible by road, allowing direct access to several nearby gold mills and enhancing its development potential.
The company’s mission is to advance mining projects with a focus on its PEA-stage Swanson Gold Project and the Beacon Gold Mill, which have significant potential to deliver long-term value. For more information on LaFleur Minerals, visit the company’s newsroom at https://ibn.fm/LFLRF.
This announcement underscores LaFleur Minerals’ strategic positioning to capitalize on favorable gold market conditions and its progress toward becoming a near-term gold producer in Quebec.
