Six years after its founding, Fifty5 Rivers is expanding its footprint in the Miami Valley with the introduction of Fifty5 Rivers Cafe, set to open this fall inside the Beavercreek Chamber of Commerce Business Success Center. The new venture marks the company’s first dine-in hospitality concept, combining its signature handcrafted beverages with food offerings in a space designed for conversation and collaboration.
Co-founders James and Lynne Mowery started Fifty5 Rivers in 2020 with a simple vision: to create exceptional beverages while building meaningful community connections. Over the years, the company has grown through manufacturing, grab-and-go service, mobile hospitality, and wholesale. The new café represents a natural evolution, offering a welcoming environment for both the public and the regional business community.
“When we founded Fifty5 Rivers six years ago, we set out with a simple vision: to create exceptional handcrafted beverages while building meaningful connections within our community,” the Mowery’s said in a statement. “Opening Fifty5 Rivers Cafe inside the Beavercreek Chamber of Commerce Business Success Center is more than an expansion. The café’s location is no accident. The new café will complement Fifty5 Rivers’ existing operations, which include Fifty5 Rivers Cold Brew, the production facility in Fairborn; Conflooence by Fifty5 Rivers, a grab-and-go coffee shop at that facility; and the Fifty5 Rivers BARge, a mobile beverage service for festivals, weddings, and corporate events. The company’s growth has been intentional, focusing on expanding the ways it serves the community—from manufacturing to mobile hospitality and now to an expanded dine-in experience.
For patrons, Fifty5 Rivers Cafe will provide a comfortable space to enjoy beverages before work, during lunch breaks, or while catching up with friends. The café is expected to open this fall, with details about a grand opening and operating hours to be announced in the coming months.
