LR Health & Beauty SE, Europe’s leading social commerce company for nutritional supplements and beauty products, has released its final annual report for 2025, confirming the preliminary figures announced earlier. The company reported sales (revenue from goods sold) of EUR 277.1 million for the full year, a decrease from EUR 289.2 million in 2024. Reported EBITDA fell to EUR 16.5 million from EUR 27.3 million, impacted by one-off effects from the reorganization of its financing structure. However, normalized EBITDA, which excludes these effects, stood at EUR 22.5 million, compared with EUR 32.6 million in the previous year.
The results underscore a transitional period for the company, as outlined by CEO Jörg Korfer. “The 2026 financial year is a transitional year for LR, during which we have laid the groundwork – both financially and strategically – for sustainable business growth and performance,” he said. The newly established financing structure provides the momentum to continue pursuing initiatives in production, logistics, and sales, while strengthening partnerships internationally.
A key pillar of LR’s strategy is expanding in-house production capabilities. The company is investing over 2 million euros in a new, high-performance production line at its Ahlen site, which will centralize the manufacture of its 5in1 product category, including the LR 5in1 Beauty Elixir and LR 5in1 Men’s Shot. This facility is designed to achieve an annual capacity of up to 40 million units and will support future product innovations in modern nutritional supplement concepts.
The full 2025 Annual Report is now available on the company’s website at https://ir.lrworld.com. This move reflects LR’s commitment to transparency and its strategic direction aimed at optimizing operations and enhancing its market position.
LR operates in 32 countries, producing and distributing high-quality nutritional supplements and cosmetics under the motto “More quality for your life.” As a social commerce company, LR leverages digital tools like the “LR neo” dashboard to support its international partnership community. The company has been a proponent of flexible work models, appealing to those seeking better work-life balance and financial independence.
With over two decades of expertise in aloe vera processing, LR has established one of Europe’s most modern production facilities for aloe vera drinking gels in Ahlen. Additionally, the LR Global Kids Fund e.V., founded in 2009, supports disadvantaged children worldwide, highlighting the company’s broader social commitments.
The investment in the new production line signals LR’s focus on efficiency and innovation, aiming to streamline operations and better meet consumer demand. By centralizing production, the company expects to achieve cost savings and enhanced quality control, which could positively impact its financial performance in the coming years.
