tZERO Unveils Unified Platform for Tokenized Securities, Integrating Onboarding, Trading, and Custody

NEW YORK – tZERO Group, Inc., a blockchain-based financial infrastructure provider, has launched a next-generation platform designed to unify the entire lifecycle of tokenized securities investing. The new user experience (UX) brings together onboarding, primary offerings, secondary trading, custody, and payments into a single, seamless interface, according to a company announcement. This move aims to simplify access for both institutional clients and individual investors, potentially accelerating the adoption of digital assets in regulated markets.

The platform, which is available as part of tZERO’s end-to-end multi-asset infrastructure, offers a single sign-on experience that streamlines every stage of the investment journey. For the first time, tZERO is also introducing a native iOS mobile app, with an Android version to follow, pending store approvals. This marks a significant milestone in the company’s evolution, as it seeks to provide a more intuitive and connected way to engage with tokenized securities.

For institutional clients, tZERO’s B2B2C offering allows broker-dealers and other partners to deploy co-branded or white-label versions of the platform. This enables them to deliver branded digital investment experiences powered by tZERO’s regulated brokerage, custody, clearing, settlement, transfer agency, and tokenization infrastructure. Broker-dealers can also leverage tZERO’s correspondent clearing and custody model to offer custody solutions to their end customers.

Individual investors, on the other hand, gain direct access to a platform that simplifies discovery of investment opportunities, participation in primary offerings, and trading in eligible securities in secondary markets—all through a single, connected account. The platform has been architected to support a broad range of asset classes, including prediction markets and crypto, as well as AI-driven capabilities and expanded DeFi functionality.

Alan Konevsky, Chief Executive Officer of tZERO, emphasized the importance of unification in a statement: “As more assets move on-chain, investors and institutions should have one secure gateway into digital markets – not a collection of disconnected systems.” He added that the new platform slots into tZERO’s vertically integrated infrastructure stack, providing a flexible front-end for financial institutions and other customers.

The launch comes at a time when the tokenization of real-world assets is gaining traction among financial institutions seeking efficiency and liquidity. By consolidating multiple functions into a single platform, tZERO aims to reduce complexity and operational friction, which have been barriers to broader adoption. The company suggests that future releases will expand payment options, introduce additional onboarding capabilities, and extend support for more asset classes and emerging technologies.

“The new tZERO platform reflects where financial markets are heading,” Konevsky said. “Our goal is to remove complexity so institutions can enable their customers to access the benefits of modern market infrastructure through a single, intuitive experience available as part of our end-to-end, turnkey solution.”

The announcement underscores a growing trend among fintech firms to create integrated platforms that bridge traditional finance and digital assets. As regulatory clarity improves and institutional interest grows, such unified solutions could become pivotal in driving the next wave of digital asset adoption. tZERO’s new platform is now available for users to sign in or create a new account, with the mobile app expected to enhance accessibility further.
