Rashmi’s Bakery, a family-run bakery known for its 100 percent egg-free and nut-free menu, has launched three limited-edition summer cakes: Coconut Truffle, Tiramisu Bliss, and Berry Biscoff. The new flavours are now available at the bakery’s Brampton and Mississauga locations and online, with same-day pickup and delivery across the Greater Toronto Area.
The summer collection reflects the bakery’s commitment to inclusivity, ensuring that customers with dietary restrictions can enjoy festive treats without compromise. Founder Rashmi Chugh emphasized this mission, stating, ‘I strongly believe that every person, regardless of their dietary preference, has the right to a truly delicious cake. Egg-free and nut-free was never meant to be the compromise. We have spent nineteen years making sure it tastes like the opposite of one.’
The Coconut Truffle cake layers moist chocolate sponge with silky ganache and a centre of coconut cream, offering a rich blend of chocolate and coconut. Tiramisu Bliss reimagines the Italian classic with vanilla sponge soaked in coffee syrup, espresso-infused cream cheese frosting, and a dusting of cocoa. Berry Biscoff pairs the caramelized flavour of Biscoff cookies with strawberry, featuring vanilla sponge, Biscoff cream, and homemade strawberry compote, finished with fresh strawberries and Biscoff crumbs. All three flavours are also available as individual dessert cups for smaller portions.
Since opening its first location in Brampton in 2007, Rashmi’s Bakery has maintained its egg-free and nut-free approach across its entire cake menu. The recipes are developed from scratch using high-quality ingredients such as Belgian chocolate, coffee, and fruit, ensuring that dietary restrictions do not compromise taste or texture.
In addition to the seasonal offerings, the bakery specializes in custom celebration cakes for birthdays, weddings, corporate events, and other occasions. Customers can bring a photo, screenshot, colour reference, or an idea for a design, and the team will create a custom cake. The bakery provides quick turnaround on custom orders and offers same-day pickup and delivery across the GTA on eligible products.
