FingerMotion-Backed Lyken Signs MOU for 128-Node NVIDIA B300 AI Cluster

FingerMotion Inc. (NASDAQ: FNGR), a mobile data and telecommunications company expanding into enterprise AI compute, has noted a significant development involving its investee, Lyken AI Computing Inc. (Lyken.AI). Lyken has entered into a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Singapore-based SWARMNET SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. Under the proposed framework, Lyken would lease, host, manage, or otherwise provide a 128-node NVIDIA B300 AI compute cluster to Swarmnet for inference workloads, along with token optimization services and related commercial arrangements.

This MOU is strategically important for FingerMotion, which acquired a 9.9% interest in Lyken in an all-stock transaction valued at $500,000, closed on Aug. 17, 2026. The arrangement, if finalized, could represent a substantial revenue opportunity for Lyken and, by extension, FingerMotion. The contemplated five-year term is indicative and remains subject to Lyken securing sufficient funding, execution of definitive agreements, and other conditions. Aggregate indicative revenues will be determined and disclosed upon execution of definitive agreements.

The move underscores FingerMotion’s pivot towards the growing AI infrastructure market. The demand for advanced computing clusters, particularly those equipped with NVIDIA’s B300 GPUs, is surging as enterprises increasingly adopt AI for inference tasks. This MOU positions Lyken to capitalize on this trend by offering high-performance compute capacity and token optimization services, which are critical for efficient AI model deployment.

For FingerMotion, this development is a positive signal to investors, demonstrating that its investment in Lyken is progressing towards tangible business opportunities. While the MOU is non-binding, it lays the groundwork for a potential long-term partnership that could diversify FingerMotion’s revenue streams beyond its core mobile payment and recharge platform in China.

The company’s vision is to grow its user base and develop an ecosystem of highly engaged users, with the eventual goal of serving over 1 billion users in China and expanding to other markets. The AI compute venture, through Lyken, could provide additional technological capabilities and revenue avenues that complement this vision.

Investors and industry observers will be watching for further announcements regarding definitive agreements and funding. The successful execution of this MOU could enhance FingerMotion’s financial profile and strengthen its position in the fast-evolving AI infrastructure sector.
