MADISON, Wis. — LawtonCates, S.C. announced that attorney Terrence Polich has been recognized by his peers in the 2027 edition of The Best Lawyers in America. His notable case results include a $4.6 million recovery for nonprofit businesses harmed by fraud and professional negligence, a $2.3 million wrongful death settlement for a Marine who died of a drug overdose at a Veterans Affairs hospital, a $1 million wrongful death settlement for a veteran who froze to death after being discharged from a VA hospital, and a $942,333.33 motor vehicle accident settlement for three people injured in a head-on collision.
