Nanox Imaging Expands U.S. Distribution of Nanox.ARC Through New England Partnership

Nanox Imaging Ltd. (NASDAQ: NNOX) is taking steps to increase the availability of its Nanox.ARC system in the northeastern United States. Through its U.S.-based subsidiary, Nanox Impact Inc., the company has entered into a distribution agreement with Associated X-Ray Imaging Corp. to market, distribute, and support the FDA-cleared, multisource 3D digital tomosynthesis system across New England.

The partnership leverages Associated X-Ray Imaging’s established regional relationships and service infrastructure to deploy the Nanox.ARC in outpatient and community-based clinical settings. This move is part of Nanox’s broader strategy to expand its U.S. channel partner network and enhance patient access to advanced imaging technology outside traditional hospital environments.

“This agreement is a significant milestone in our mission to make medical imaging more accessible,” said a Nanox spokesperson. “Associated X-Ray Imaging’s deep roots in New England will help us bring the Nanox.ARC to more communities, supporting earlier detection and improved preventive care.”

The Nanox.ARC is a cost-effective, three-dimensional multi-source digital tomosynthesis system designed for ease of use and scalability. It is part of Nanox’s integrated healthcare platform that includes Nanox.AI, a suite of AI-based algorithms for augmenting CT imaging interpretation; Nanox.CLOUD, a cloud-based platform for data management and analytics; and Nanox.MARKETPLACE, along with USARAD Holdings, which provides access to remote radiology and cardiology experts.

Nanox’s vision is to expand the reach of medical imaging beyond hospitals by offering a seamless solution from scan to interpretation. The company integrates imaging hardware, AI, cloud infrastructure, and health IT to lower barriers to adoption and advance preventive care worldwide. The expansion into New England is aligned with this goal, targeting markets where community-based imaging services are in high demand.

The distribution agreement comes at a time when the healthcare industry is increasingly focusing on early detection and preventive medicine. By making the Nanox.ARC available through regional distributors like Associated X-Ray Imaging, Nanox aims to support clinicians in delivering more efficient workflows and better patient outcomes.
