Taylor Dental sponsored PCS Outreach Ministries’ back-to-school event, which helped 1,033 local families ensure their children had necessary supplies before the first day of school. Members of the Taylor Dental team joined volunteers and other local organizations on site for the distribution, handing out school supplies and meeting families from across the Pensacola area. The practice has partnered with PCS Outreach Ministries on the back-to-school effort for several years.
“Over the past several years, I’ve had the privilege of partnering with PCS Outreach Ministries through Taylor Dental to help provide back-to-school supplies for local families in need,” said Dr. Codie Garner-LeBlanc, DDS. “This is an event that means a great deal to our team, and we are grateful for the opportunity to give back to our community. The back-to-school drive is one of several community efforts the practice supports in Escambia County. Taylor Dental also participates in Dentistry from the Heart, a non-profit day of free dental care staffed by local dentists, hygienists, assistants and front office volunteers; supports the Pensacola Humane Society through donations and events such as Barktober Fest and Paws on Palafox; and supplies Sacred Heart’s bereavement team with impression material at no cost.
