Telomir-Zn Shows Growth Inhibition in Human and Canine Osteosarcoma Models

The company’s lead program, Telomir-Zn, is designed to modulate intracellular metal homeostasis and epigenetic regulation. It has received IND clearance from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for a Phase 1/2 clinical trial in patients with advanced or metastatic triple-negative breast cancer.

The new osteosarcoma findings add to the growing body of preclinical evidence for Telomir-Zn and highlight the potential of repurposing or expanding the compound’s application beyond its initial cancer target.
