MAX Power Mining Corp. (CSE: MAXX; OTC: MAXXF; FRANKFURT: 89N) has engaged Kyndryl to develop a comprehensive commercialization strategy for its proprietary AI-assisted Large Earth Model Integration platform, known as MAXX LEMI. The platform is designed for Natural Hydrogen exploration and integrates proprietary data from MAX Power’s exploration programs with extensive geological, geophysical, and subsurface datasets.
Kyndryl Consult will conduct a technology review, market and competitive analysis, and business model assessment over an approximately nine-week engagement. The goal is to identify strategic recommendations for potential commercialization pathways and to assess opportunities to position and scale MAXX LEMI for future growth and market adoption.
The move matters because it signals a potential shift for MAX Power from a pure exploration company to a technology provider, potentially opening new revenue streams and partnerships. MAXX LEMI was built to identify and rank exploration targets across the company’s 2.5 million acres of permits in Saskatchewan. The company has built dominant district-scale land positions across Saskatchewan with approximately 1.3 million acres (521,000 hectares) of permits covering prime exploration ground prospective for large-volume accumulations of Natural Hydrogen.
In addition to its Natural Hydrogen focus, MAX Power holds a portfolio of properties in the United States and Canada focused on critical minerals. These include a 2024 diamond drilling discovery at the Willcox Playa Lithium Project in southeast Arizona, which is 100%-owned by MAX Power’s U.S. subsidiary.
