The Dream Team, an online business mentorship community founded by Darren Ewert and Mike Dreher, has reached a new member milestone, the co-founders announced today. The achievement underscores the expanding reach of digital-first mentorship models and the rising interest in flexible income opportunities that do not require a fixed schedule or physical location.
Darren and Mike started the Dream Team as a Facebook group of roughly 30 people in 2016. It has since grown into a global community spanning dozens of countries, built entirely through digital channels such as social media and content. The co-founders say the milestone reflects both the scale of their existing membership and continued demand from new members joining the platform.
“We started this with nothing but a decision to build something different,” Ewert said. “Every milestone we hit is a reminder that the model works when you stay consistent with it.”
The community’s growth comes amid a broader shift toward digital business models, as more professionals explore online income streams that offer location independence and schedule flexibility. Ewert and Dreher, who represent Enagic’s Kangen Water product line, say their model combines product sales with a training and mentorship infrastructure designed to shorten the learning curve for people new to online business.
“A lot of people come to us who have never run a business before,” Dreher said. “Our job is to give them a system and a community, not just a product.”
Ewert and Dreher said they plan to continue expanding the Dream Team’s training resources as membership grows, with additional programming planned for the remainder of 2026.
Darren Ewert and Mike Dreher are the co-founders of the Dream Team, an online business mentorship community built around Enagic’s Kangen Water product line. Since founding the community in 2016, the pair have built a digital-first distributor network through social media, content, and mentorship.
