Redcare Pharmacy N.V. has increased its full-year 2026 revenue guidance for the second time this year, citing continued strength in prescription (Rx) revenue in Germany. The company now expects total revenue growth of 16% to 18%, up from the previously guided 15% to 17%. Rx revenue in Germany is projected to reach EUR 730 million to EUR 760 million, representing growth of 45% to 51%, compared with the earlier range of EUR 680 million to EUR 720 million, which implied growth of 35% to 43%.
The upgrade follows preliminary figures showing that Rx revenue in Germany grew by 51% year-on-year in September and by 56% in the third quarter. September’s performance was achieved despite a high comparison base from the prior year, when the current Rx bonus was introduced. Non-Rx revenue in Germany rebounded well in August and September after a softer July, while the adjusted EBITDA margin remained flat quarter-on-quarter, benefiting from continued operating leverage.
“Our growth is backed by strong customer satisfaction: eRx NPS continues to rise, up 6 points year-on-year to 80 in August,” said Olaf Heinrich, CEO of Redcare Pharmacy. The rising Net Promoter Score suggests that customers are increasingly satisfied with the company’s electronic prescription offering, which could support further adoption and retention.
The revised outlook matters because it indicates that Redcare Pharmacy is capturing a larger share of the German prescription drug market at a time when online pharmacy services are gaining traction. For investors, the second guidance raise in a single year signals operational momentum and confidence in the company’s ability to sustain growth. The unchanged non-Rx growth guidance of 10% to 12% and the confirmed adjusted EBITDA margin of 2.5% to 3.0% suggest that the company is balancing top-line expansion with profitability.
Redcare Pharmacy will publish its full third-quarter 2026 figures and host its quarterly conference call on October 29, 2026. The company will also release its Annual Report 2026 on March 4, 2027.
