A new market report is drawing attention to a shift in the longevity nutrition category: consumers and companies are increasingly moving away from single-ingredient products in favor of formulations designed to address multiple biological processes of aging. For AgeReverse, a Canadian longevity company expanding into the United States, that trend aligns with the framework behind its flagship RESURGE product and its broader healthy-aging strategy.
The Hallmarks of Aging are a scientific framework used to organize the interconnected biological processes associated with aging. First introduced with nine hallmarks in 2013, the framework was expanded to 12 in 2023 and has become a widely recognized reference point in aging research.
A recent HTF Market Intelligence report examining the North American Longevity Hallmarks-of-Aging Nutraceuticals Market estimates the category at $1.46 billion in 2025 and projects it could reach approximately $5.98 billion by 2034, a compound annual growth rate of 16.9%. More significant than the projected growth, however, is how HTF describes the market’s evolution. The report identifies a shift from generic products toward mechanism-based longevity formulations targeting individual hallmarks or combinations of aging pathways. It also points to growing use of multi-ingredient formulations addressing areas such as antioxidant activity, mitochondrial function, metabolism, and cellular health.
“Longevity is much more complex than any single ingredient or biological pathway,” said Kubi Turkmen, Founder and CEO of AgeReverse. “The 12 Hallmarks give us a framework for looking at aging more comprehensively. That philosophy has been central to AgeReverse from the beginning and is why we believe the future of healthy aging will increasingly focus on multiple interconnected processes.”
The 12 Hallmarks of Aging encompass biological processes including genomic instability, telomere attrition, epigenetic alterations, loss of proteostasis, disabled macroautophagy, deregulated nutrient sensing, mitochondrial dysfunction, cellular senescence, stem cell exhaustion, altered intercellular communication, chronic inflammation, and dysbiosis.
AgeReverse developed RESURGE around this broader framework rather than positioning the formulation around a single ingredient. The 90-capsule product combines ingredients including NMN, Resveratrol, Quercetin, Fisetin, CoQ10, Astragalus Extract, Hyaluronic Acid, Aronia Extract, and Noni Berry. The company says the product is designed to support all 12 Hallmarks of Aging, provide antioxidant support, support nutrient metabolism and cellular health, and help maintain cardiovascular health, immune function, collagen formation, joints, cartilage, bones, gums, and connective tissue. It also consolidates what AgeReverse describes as more than 15 supplement protocols into a simplified three-capsule daily routine and is manufactured in GMP-certified facilities in Ontario, Canada, using vegan capsules.
The market trend also reflects a broader evolution in the longevity conversation. Rather than concentrating solely on lifespan, researchers, consumers, and companies are increasingly discussing healthy aging in terms of maintaining vitality, function, and overall well-being throughout the aging process. That distinction is important to AgeReverse as the company expands beyond nutritional products. AgeReverse is developing what it describes as an inside-and-out approach to healthy aging built around the same 12 Hallmarks framework. Its broader product range is expected to include a Bioage Test, daily skincare products, professional mesotherapy products, and non-invasive mesotherapy technology, alongside RESURGE.
“We don’t view healthy aging as something that can be addressed from only one direction,” Turkmen added. “Our long-term vision is to connect internal wellness, skin care, and professional aesthetic solutions through a science-first approach to the biological processes associated with aging.”
The company’s U.S. expansion has accelerated in recent months. RESURGE is now available to American consumers through Amazon, and AgeReverse recently completed participation in the ECRM Vitamin, Weight Management & Sports Nutrition Session in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, as it explores additional opportunities within the U.S. retail market. As scientific understanding of aging continues to develop, AgeReverse says it plans to continue building its product range around research into the biological mechanisms associated with healthy aging.
