Green Coast Pet, a California-founded pet wellness company, has been included in The Where Business’s 2026 ranking of hemp chews for dogs, published this month following a review of products in the category.
The Where Business ranked Green Coast Pet Broad-Spectrum Hemp Soft Chews at No. 1, with an overall score of 4.7 out of 5.
The ranking evaluated products using six weighted criteria: cost per milligram of CBD at 25%, dosing flexibility across dog sizes at 20%, formulation and extraction method at 20%, ingredient simplicity and fillers at 15%, spectrum type and THC status at 10% and third-party testing transparency at 10%. According to the publisher, the methodology prioritized details owners can verify on a product label.
The reviewed product is a peanut butter soft chew sold in bags of 30 across three strengths, stating 3 mg, 8 mg or 18 mg of CBD per chew, priced at $19.99, $29.99 and $39.99. The publisher calculated the highest tier at approximately 8 cents per milligram of CBD. The chews are broad-spectrum, with THC removed, and are cold-extruded rather than baked. The company states the chews are corn, soy, grain and sugar free.
The ranking also noted considerations for prospective buyers, including that the reviewed product is offered in a single flavor, does not include condition-specific formulas and does not have published veterinary trials.
