Apimeds Subsidiary MindWave Signs Three Blockchain Network Deals Across Climate Finance, Sports Media, and Insurance

Apimeds Pharmaceuticals US, Inc. (NYSE American: APUS) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, MindWave Innovations Inc. USA, signed three agreements between Sept. 24 and Oct. 4, 2026, to build and operate dedicated blockchain networks on its MindChain infrastructure. The clients span climate finance, sports media, and insurance, according to a press release.

The agreements include Singapore-based AQUAE Holdings for its AQUAEChain environmental credit platform, New York-based Flash Sports & Media Holdings for its FlashChain digital ticketing and media authentication network, and Delaware-based BlockAssure for its AssureChain insurance and reinsurance network. Under the terms, MindWave will receive contracted fees or equity along with allocations equal to 20% of the applicable credits or tokens, providing opportunities for recurring revenue as the networks become operational.

The deals signal a strategic push by Apimeds, a pharmaceutical company, into blockchain infrastructure through MindWave. MindChain is designed to support transparent, traceable, and verifiable digital transactions for applications involving digital assets, registries, tokenized ecosystems, and decentralized services. MindWave develops technology infrastructure and digital solutions for blockchain-enabled applications, data-driven platforms, and emerging commercial ecosystems, and is expanding into insurance, reinsurance, and digital-asset-enabled insurance models through projects like AssureChain.

However, Apimeds also reiterated that its audited consolidated financial statements for 2025 included an explanatory paragraph from its independent auditor expressing substantial doubt about its ability to continue as a going concern. The disclosure was made pursuant to NYSE American requirements and does not amend the company’s previous filings. This raises questions about the company’s financial stability even as it pursues new blockchain ventures.

For investors, the agreements could represent a significant diversification and revenue opportunity if the networks gain traction. The 20% allocations of credits or tokens could appreciate if the platforms succeed, though such assets are often volatile and illiquid. The recurring revenue from contracted fees or equity could provide a steady income stream, but the going concern doubt underscores the risks.
