Miami became the stage for a celebration of business excellence on Thursday, October 8, as the Top Entrepreneurs of USA Awards 2026 honored 28 entrepreneurs, executives, and professionals for their contributions to economic development, innovation, leadership, and industry growth. The event, organized by Negocios & Ejecutiva Magazine and reported by NOTICIAS NEWSWIRE, took place at the EB Hotel Miami and drew 120 invited businesspeople from South Florida, the United States, and international markets.
The awards aim to highlight leaders who, through business vision, innovation, and professional commitment, create opportunities, strengthen businesses, and develop communities. Hosted by Sabina Covo, the ceremony featured musical performances by singer David Gómez and combined business recognitions with entertainment.
Honorees represented a wide range of sectors. Rafael Olloqui, Founder and CEO of BTS, received the International Business Expansion Award. Erwin Mosqueda of Top Gun M.O.T. Design Services was honored for excellence in traffic engineering, roadway safety, and entrepreneurial leadership. Manuel Vidal of Premium Finance Group earned the Distinguished Career in Premium Finance & Wealth Preservation Award. Gevorg Shahbazyan of STARLIFE GROUP received the Excellence in Real Estate Development & Business Leadership Award.
In the automotive sector, Mario Murgado of Murgado Automotive Group received the Automotive Entrepreneurship & Business Leadership Award, while Marcello Serrato of Prestige Auto was recognized for a distinguished career in the automotive industry, and Fernando Arellano-Geddes of PowerHouse Automotive Group earned the Automotive Leadership & Business Excellence Award.
Banking and finance leaders were also celebrated. Mónica Vázquez of ABANCA USA received the International Banking & Executive Leadership Award. Maurici Lladó of Banco Sabadell Miami Branch was honored for a distinguished career in banking and international financial leadership. José E. Cueto of Grove Bank & Trust received the Distinguished Career in Banking & Financial Leadership Award. Alonso Martinez of Crece Financial Strategies, LLC, earned the Financial Strategy & Wealth Protection Leadership Award, and Laura Gomez of GV Group was recognized for excellence in tax strategy and business leadership.

The ceremony also featured an exhibition of two special vehicles: an all-electric 2027 Mercedes-Benz CLA presented by Prestige Auto and a classic 1967 Porsche 911 presented by The Barn Miami. The event underscored the diversity of sectors driving South Florida’s economic growth and its connections to national and international markets, reaffirming the importance of recognizing those who create new economic opportunities.
