IVOREE Brings Mobile Engagement Platform to All Three Kiowa Casinos, Bridging Legacy AS/400 and Cloud Systems

IVOREE, the omnichannel engagement platform serving gaming and hospitality operators across North America, has launched a mobile platform partnership with the Kiowa Casino Operations Authority (KCOA). The agreement extends IVOREE’s patron engagement technology and artificial intelligence-driven capabilities to all three Kiowa Casinos in Oklahoma: Kiowa Casino & Hotel in Devol, Kiowa Casino Carnegie in Carnegie, and Elk Creek Kiowa Casino in Hobart. The mobile solution is now live across all three properties.

The partnership matters because it demonstrates how tribal gaming operators can modernize patron engagement without abandoning the legacy systems that run their operations. The platform connects patrons to the Kiowa Casinos branded mobile experience, carrying the guest journey from the gaming floor through all property amenities. Patrons gain mobile-first access to real-time account information, tailored offers, campaigns, promotions, and play mechanics. An intelligent player-data layer enables each property to personalize the guest experience at the individual patron level while giving Kiowa Casinos a unified view of engagement activity across all three locations.

Integration was a central concern. Kiowa’s systems landscape includes AS/400-powered systems alongside cloud-based solutions, and IVOREE said it worked closely with the Kiowa team to address the specific nuances of their marketing strategy for patrons in the Central United States. “Kiowa’s systems landscape and integration with all of them was a key pillar identified early during their due diligence process,” said Manmohan Reddy, Head of Technology at IVOREE. Bob Dimmick, CEO of Kiowa Casinos, said the operator was mindful of its forward-looking vision on innovation and AI but needed a partner with demonstrated strength in technology integrations. “It was very clear that the IVOREE team is the best on this front,” Dimmick said, citing IVOREE’s integration and architecture experience with large operators across the US, Canada, Latin America, and Africa.

Callie Singh, who has led marketing for Kiowa Casinos since 2010, said the operator conducted detailed due diligence on the IVOREE platform and spoke with other operators already using it. “Their solutions were tried and tested in the field,” she said. Benjamin Keller, Head of Business Development at IVOREE, described Kiowa Casinos as the kind of partner the platform was built for: a Sovereign Nation operator with a shared conviction in AI-driven engagement. The partnership shows what the platform was built to do, he said, delivering guest experiences through unique journeys in a secure manner.

The deal carries implications beyond a single operator. IVOREE, available at ivoree.ai, serves Historical Horse Racing operators, route markets, sovereign nation tribes, commercial gaming locations, restaurants, bars, and hotels across more than a dozen states in the US and Canada. The Kiowa deployment adds a multi-property tribal casino group to that footprint. A press release image accompanied the announcement.

KCOA operates the three properties across Southwest Oklahoma. The flagship Kiowa Casino & Hotel in Devol is open 24/7 with roughly 64,000 square feet of gaming space, more than 700 slot machines, table games, and a hotel of approximately 60 rooms. Kiowa Casino Carnegie has more than 110 slot machines, and Elk Creek Kiowa Casino in Hobart, which opened in July 2025 as the first casino in Kiowa County, features more than 250 slot machines. Together, the properties generate jobs, training opportunities, and economic development for the Kiowa Tribe and surrounding communities.
