Giselle Gutierrez, Esq., founding attorney of Exhibit G Law Firm, has been selected to the Florida Super Lawyers list for 2026, her second consecutive year of inclusion. The recognition, announced by the firm, places Gutierrez among the top five percent of attorneys in Florida and spans her work in Employment and Labor on both the employer and employee side, Business Litigation, and Employment Litigation for plaintiffs and defense.
The selection follows five years on the Florida Rising Stars list, where Gutierrez was recognized from 2018 through 2022. Rising Stars is limited to attorneys who are early in practice or below a specified age. Advancement from that list to the primary Super Lawyers list reflects a change in how the profession assesses an attorney’s standing across a sustained record rather than an early trajectory. Super Lawyers applies a patented selection process combining peer nomination, independent research across a defined set of professional achievement indicators, and peer evaluation by practice area.
“The recognition spans both employer-side and employee-side employment matters, which reflects the manner in which this practice has been structured from its inception,” Gutierrez said. “I am honored that colleagues in the Florida bar have recognized that work for a second consecutive year.”
On the employer side, Gutierrez advises businesses on wage and hour practices, disability accommodation, family leave, workplace privacy, and litigation risk, and prepares employment agreements and separation agreements.
On the employee side, she pursues claims involving discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, unpaid overtime, and whistleblower protections. Contested matters proceed through employment litigation in state and federal court or before the EEOC and the National Labor Relations Board.
The firm has expanded its footprint over the past year, adding capacity in South Florida and extending service into northern New Jersey. Gutierrez also conducts seminars and training sessions for business audiences on labor and employment compliance, work directed at employers in advance of a dispute rather than in response to one.
Additional recent recognitions include selection to The Best Lawyers in America, the Daily Business Review’s On The Rise honor in the 2025 Florida Legal Awards, Lawyers of Distinction in 2025, and the University of Florida Levin College of Law Outstanding Young Alumnus Award.
