Pediatric Affiliates announced that Rochelle Braun, M.D., a board-certified pediatrician with more than 35 years of experience, joined its Jackson, New Jersey, location on October 14. Dr. Braun brings extensive expertise in general pediatrics and nutrition counseling to the practice, which serves families throughout Ocean County. Appointments with Dr. Braun are now available.
Dr. Braun is known for listening closely to children and parents and for developing meaningful relationships with the families she serves. She finds it especially rewarding to care for children throughout each stage of development, helping families make informed decisions that support their children’s health and well-being.

Dr. Braun earned her Bachelor of Arts in Nutrition from Brooklyn College and her medical degree from Downstate Medical School in 1989. She completed her pediatric residency at Schneider Children’s Hospital at Long Island Jewish Medical Center in 1992 and has been board certified in pediatrics since 1995. Her background in nutrition complements her broad clinical experience and allows her to provide families with guidance tailored to each child’s individual health and developmental needs.
Growing up in Brooklyn’s Borough Park community and having lived in Midwood for more than 20 years, Dr. Braun maintains strong community connections. She and her husband, Seymour, have seven married children and a growing family in Lakewood and Jerusalem. Her understanding of the families she serves will further enhance the trusted, relationship-centered care available at Pediatric Affiliates.
