The publication scored each dealer on six weighted criteria: authorized dealer and warranty support, catalog breadth, vehicle-specific fitment, price and guarantees, shipping speed, and customer service and reviews.
The review identified OffRoadUSA as a Texas-based authorized dealer that carries the full Morimoto lineup. That includes XB LED headlights and tail lights, 4Banger LED fog lights, X3B third brake lights, 2Stroke 3.0 replacement bulbs and rock light kits. The review also noted that OffRoadUSA’s Morimoto collection is organized by vehicle, including the Toyota Tacoma, Ford F-150, RAM and 4Runner, as well as by product type.
The review mentioned that purchases are covered by Morimoto’s 5-year manufacturer warranty, and that the site also carries lighting brands such as AlphaRex, Form Lighting, ANZO and Baja Designs.
The review also listed limitations. OffRoadUSA has no physical retail locations for pickup or installation, and its overall catalog is smaller than those of larger retailers covering every truck accessory category.
The publication concluded that OffRoadUSA was the only dealer in the comparison built specifically around off-road and truck lighting rather than general auto parts.
