Nine independent software vendors have been named to the 2026 Best Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Tools Provider List, an annual editorial recognition published by CRM Software Blog. The list, announced October 27, 2026, identifies companies whose add-on solutions extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 in areas including marketing automation, CPQ, integration, document management, industry-specific CRM, and productivity.
The recognition matters for organizations evaluating Dynamics 365 because the platform alone often requires third-party tools to fit specific business processes. CRM Software Blog said it selected the companies based on experience in their category, focus on Dynamics 365, customer growth, product capabilities, and supporting resources. Unlike many industry awards, companies do not pay to be selected; applicants submit detailed information, eligibility is verified, and the final list is determined editorially. Winners are presented in random order rather than ranked.
The nine companies, listed in no specific order, are: emfluence Marketing Platform, which connects marketing automation with Dynamics 365, with a focus on manufacturers; KingswaySoft, which specializes in integration, migration, and synchronization tools with more than 300 connectors and components; P2 Automation, offering its P2 Control Layer and View Scheduler to simplify processes and extend standard CRM functionality; ForgeXRM, whose BenefitsBridge solution is purpose-built for health insurance and employee benefits brokers; Touchdown, providing native email marketing, customer journeys, segmentation, scoring, forms, landing pages, and event management; DealHub AI, whose Quote-to-Revenue platform integrates with Dynamics 365 Sales to support CPQ, pricing, approvals, quoting, renewals, and amendments; Magnetism Solutions, filling practical gaps with integrations for Xero, NZ Post, SMS, and Zoom, plus SharePoint document management and AI-assisted automation; Connecting Software, connecting Dynamics 365 and SharePoint while helping organizations manage documents, attachments, metadata, storage, and access without losing CRM security and permissions; and Inogic, offering a portfolio around Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform, from mapping and productivity apps to custom development and AI agents.
Together, the nine companies reported 496 new customers added during the past year, demonstrating continued demand for specialized tools that extend the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem. That figure underscores the scale of the add-on market and suggests that organizations continue to seek tailored solutions rather than relying solely on out-of-the-box CRM features.
“We created the Best Of lists because buyers need more than a long directory of companies telling them they are the best,” said Anya Ciecierski, co-founder of CRM Software Blog. “We wanted to identify companies that could back up their expertise with real information. These nine companies stood out based on their Dynamics 365 focus, experience, solutions and customer growth.”
