Silver Crown Royalties Posts Record Quarterly Earnings as Revenue Jumps 541%

Silver Crown Royalties Inc. (Cboe: SCRI, OTCQX: SLCRF, BF: QS0) reported record quarterly net income of $379,110, or $0.07 per basic share, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, marking its second consecutive profitable quarter. The result compares to a net loss of $468,172 in the same period last year, according to the company’s financial statements filed on www.sedarplus.ca.

Royalty revenue for the quarter reached $1,609,779, a 541% increase from $251,212 in Q3 2025, though it was 14% lower than the $1,867,056 generated in Q2 2026 due to a decrease in the average silver price. Attributable silver deliveries totaled 18,063 ounces, up 288% from 4,651 ounces a year earlier and unchanged from the prior quarter. The company strengthened its balance sheet, reporting cash and term deposits of $7,720,517 and working capital of $15,485,929 as at September 30, 2026. It received $13,837,779 from the exercise of warrants in the first nine months of 2026. Silver Crown also expanded its Madre Sierra royalty position, completing the acquisition of a third existing privately held 1% net smelter return royalty on Titiminas Silver Inc.’s Madre Sierra deposit in Jauja, Peru, effective September 15, 2026. That adds to two 1% royalties acquired effective June 30, 2026. Consideration for the third royalty included US$2,000,000 in cash at closing, US$1,000,000 paid through the issuance of 38,401 units, each comprising one common share and one-half of one warrant exercisable at 150% of the issue price for 24 months, and up to US$1,000,000 in additional units payable once the first royalty payment is received after at least 30 days of continuous production at a rate of at least 70 tonnes per day.

The record profit matters because it demonstrates that Silver Crown’s royalty model can generate positive earnings even as silver prices fluctuate, a key test for a company that went public relatively recently. The Madre Sierra expansion increases the company’s leverage to future silver production in Peru, potentially adding to cash flow if the deposit enters continuous production. Silver Crown currently holds eight silver royalties across six projects. “Our business model offers investors exposure to precious metals, providing a natural hedge against currency devaluation while mitigating the adverse effects of production-related cost inflation,” the company said.
