McEwen Inc. Sets Nov. 10 Conference Call for Q3 2026 Results

McEwen Inc. (NYSE: MUX) (TSX: MUX) has scheduled its third quarter 2026 financial results conference call for Tuesday, Nov. 10, 2026, at 11 a.m. EST. According to the announcement, management will discuss the company’s financial performance and provide updates on project developments, followed by a question-and-answer session.

Shareholders and other interested participants can register for the webcast, while analysts and other attendees wishing to ask questions may register separately for telephone participation. An archived replay will be available approximately two hours after the live event on the company’s media page.

The call comes as McEwen positions itself as a diversified precious metals producer with significant copper exposure. The company combines gold and silver production with copper development projects and a royalty portfolio across the Americas. Its shares trade on both the NYSE and TSX under the ticker MUX, and the latest news and updates relating to MUX are available in the company’s newsroom at https://ibn.fm/MUX.

Central to the growth story is the Los Azules copper project in San Juan, Argentina. McEwen holds a 46.3% interest in McEwen Copper, the owner of Los Azules, which completed its feasibility study and received approval under Argentina’s Large Investment Regime (RIGI) in 2025. The feasibility study results were announced in a press release dated October 7, 2025.

McEwen also holds a 1.25% net smelter return royalty on Los Azules and a 27% interest in publicly listed Paragon Advanced Labs Inc. According to the last financing for McEwen Copper, the implied value of McEwen’s ownership interest is US$456 million, or US$7.67 per share. The Los Azules project is designed to be one of the world’s first regenerative copper mines and carbon neutral by 2038.

The company’s gold and silver mines are in prolific mineral-rich regions: the Cortez Trend in Nevada, the Timmins district of Ontario, Flin Flon in Manitoba, and the Deseado Massif in Santa Cruz province, Argentina. McEwen is also reactivating its gold-silver El Gallo Mine in Mexico.

Chairman and Chief Owner Rob McEwen has invested over US$250 million personally and takes a salary of $1 per year, aligning his interests with shareholders. He is a recipient of the Order of Canada, a member of the Canadian Mining Hall of Fame and a winner of the EY Entrepreneur of the Year (Energy) award. His stated objective is to build MUX’s profitability and share value and ultimately implement a dividend policy, as he did while building Goldcorp Inc.

For those unable to attend the live call, the archived replay will provide access to management’s commentary on both financial results and project developments.
