The No Agenda Show, one of podcasting’s longest-running independent productions, aired its final episode on October 29, 2026, after 19 years and 1,916 episodes. Host Adam Curry signed off from the Texas Hill Country, joined by Andrew Horowitz, co-host of DH Unplugged, in a finale dedicated to the show’s global community of listener-producers.
The episode, Episode 1916, titled ‘The Final Episode’, served as a living tribute rather than a conventional sign-off. Curry and Horowitz worked through a lengthy spreadsheet of producer notes and interspersed ten listener-submitted end-of-show mixes, with contributions from Leo Lapuke, Agent Orange, Secret Agent Paul, Baron Darren, Melody, Bill Mounteney, and Joss Baker. The program also featured a ‘Guess the Show’ segment revisiting the 2006 debut of Dvorak’s Cranky Geeks and a DH Unplugged clip in which Dvorak compared the stage presence of Steve Jobs, Steve Ballmer, and Larry Ellison.
The finale comes after the death of co-founder John C. Dvorak earlier in the year. Dvorak and Curry launched No Agenda in 2007, building a value-for-value funding model powered by listener donations. Reflecting on the audience they built, Curry told Horowitz: ‘Anybody who was a part of this show, and a lot of people came in during COVID, you’re part of something that you probably can’t even explain to your grandkids, maybe not even to your kids.’ Horowitz, who worked with Dvorak for 18 years on DH Unplugged, praised Curry’s contribution to the medium: ‘The fact is that that whole medium and allowing for voices to be heard, that’s what you did.’ Curry responded simply, ‘All glory to God.’
The end of No Agenda marks a significant moment in independent podcasting. For nearly two decades, the show offered an irreverent, skeptical alternative to mainstream news analysis, sustained entirely by its audience. Its closure signals the passing of an era for a pioneering program that helped define listener-supported media. Curry confirmed that the noagendashow.net website will remain online and that the live stream will migrate to Void Zero Community Radio at voidzero.stream. The Dvorak family will launch Party Line at partylineshow.com, Horowitz continues DH Unplugged, and Curry will expand ‘We Get to Do This’ with Pastor Jimmy to Mondays and Thursdays while reviving ‘Curry and the Keeper.’ Curry also previewed an upcoming memoir due by the end of November and thanked production coordinator Jay Dvorak, who spent nine hours preparing the show’s notes. Executive producers for the finale include Sir Pursuit of Peace and Tranquility, Mackenzie J. Sillito, Dame Momacon, R.S. Bagwell, and Sir Aaron.
