MachineTranslation.com Launches Team Plan to Streamline Shared Translation Workflows

MachineTranslation.com, the AI translation platform built by professional translation company Tomedes, has launched a Team Plan designed for businesses that need multiple employees to access translation tools under one account. The plan, announced November 7, includes a shared account, member invites, per-seat pricing and a single invoice, allowing marketing, legal, operations and leadership teams to work from the same translation environment.

The launch follows months of requests from Tomedes clients who had outgrown individual accounts but did not require an enterprise contract. According to the company, individual accounts were never built for teams: as translation volume grows, colleagues often share login credentials, translation histories scatter across separate accounts and billing splits into multiple charges, making it harder to maintain a consistent standard.

“We talk to our clients constantly,” said Ofer Tirosh, CEO of Tomedes. “For months, the same request came up: teams that had outgrown individual accounts but did not need an enterprise contract. Businesses are growing fast and they need their translation workflow to grow with them. The Team Plan exists because they asked for it. That is the only reason it needed to exist.”

The Team Plan allows a new member to be invited and set up in minutes. Everyone shares one account and one quality standard, and each seat uses the same platform, where multiple leading AI models translate each text independently and the output the majority agrees on is what reaches the team. Billing becomes a single line item, and growing the team means adding a seat rather than opening another account.

“Translation quality should not vary depending on who on the team is logged in,” said Rachelle Garcia, AI Lead at Tomedes. “Team members work from the same translation environment and quality standard. That is what the Team Plan makes possible.”

The move matters because translation is increasingly a shared workflow rather than a solitary task. For growing businesses, translations pass through multiple departments within the same week, and inconsistent tools or scattered accounts can introduce errors and delay projects. By centralizing access and billing, the Team Plan aims to reduce administrative friction and maintain quality as teams expand.

The Team Plan is available now at MachineTranslation.com. The platform, developed by Tomedes, uses a multi-model approach: leading AI models including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepL and Google produce independent translations of the same text, and the platform surfaces the version the majority agreed on. This cross-checking is designed to reduce translation errors across more than 330 languages.
