Mitch Gould, founder and CEO of Nutritional Products International (NPI), will attend Newtopia Now 2026 in Denver from August 18-20, where he will be available to meet with select brands seeking experienced partners to accelerate their growth in the U.S. market. This announcement comes as the natural products industry gathers to showcase innovation and forge strategic partnerships.
Gould’s track record in the health and wellness industry is extensive. He has sold into tens of thousands of retailers and secured multimillion-dollar orders from major retail chains including Walmart, 7-Eleven, GNC, The Vitamin Shoppe, Vitamin World, CVS, and Walgreens. Furthermore, he played a pivotal role in the early development of Amazon’s sports nutrition category, helping it grow from infancy to over $100 million in sales.
Newtopia Now, held at the Colorado Convention Center, brings together more than 500 emerging and established brands alongside retailers, distributors, investors, and industry leaders across natural products and consumer packaged goods. For Gould, the event is an opportunity to identify companies with innovative products and strong leadership ready for their next stage of development.
“Newtopia Now brings together exactly the kind of entrepreneurs and innovative brands that continue to move our industry forward,” Gould said. “I’m looking forward to meeting with a select group of companies where our experience, relationships, and infrastructure can make a meaningful difference in their U.S. growth.”
Gould’s career spans retail distribution, manufacturing, brand development, sales, and marketing. He has partnered with high-profile athletes and celebrities, including Wayne Gretzky, Steven Seagal, and Hulk Hogan. This experience led him to develop NPI’s “Evolution of Distribution” platform, which provides domestic and international companies with a coordinated approach to entering and expanding in the U.S. The platform includes global logistics, U.S. market entry, product readiness, regulatory alignment, market positioning, brand strategy, retail and e-commerce placement, and post-placement marketing and demand generation.
“Getting a product into the United States is only one piece of the puzzle,” Gould said. “You need the right strategy before you approach retailers, and then you need the infrastructure and marketing support to build demand after you secure placement. I’ve spent decades working on every side of that equation.”
Newtopia Now’s emphasis on emerging natural products makes the event particularly relevant to NPI’s work with companies looking to expand in the U.S. The 2026 show includes brands in food, beverage, wellness, beauty, and lifestyle categories, along with educational programming, networking opportunities, and the event’s first International Pavilion. Gould said he is particularly interested in conversations with entrepreneurs who have built a strong product or brand and recognize that scaling in the U.S. requires a comprehensive approach.
“There are tremendous products being developed by entrepreneurs in the United States and around the world,” Gould said. “What many of those companies need is a partner who understands how to turn that potential into retail opportunities. That’s where our experience can be valuable.”
Gould will be available for meetings with select brands during Newtopia Now 2026. Companies interested in discussing U.S. market expansion and retail distribution can contact Nutritional Products International to request a meeting. Newtopia Now 2026 takes place August 18-20 at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver.
