REALM Launches AI-Powered Intelligence Reports for Luxury Real Estate Advisors

REALM, the invitation-only global network of luxury real estate advisors, has rolled out REALM Intelligence, a personalized monthly report powered by AI firm Scoop, to all its members. The tool aims to solve a growing challenge for top advisors: tracking the rapid movement and creation of wealth that is reshaping the luxury property market.

The report gives each advisor a tailored analysis of their own market, comparing inventory, pricing, absorption, and days on market against the broader network. It also flags aging listings and provides a watch list of market conditions to monitor. Crucially, it scans public filings and wealth data to identify liquidity events, executive moves, and corporate relocations in the advisor’s territory, naming companies and connections.

“The industry has never had a shortage of dashboards,” said Julie Faupel, Founder and CEO of REALM. “It has had a shortage of answers. A report telling an advisor their market softened last quarter is not intelligence. Telling them where the opportunity is in their market this quarter, and what to do about it, is. There is $127 trillion moving between generations right now, and trillions more being created outright in a handful of markets. Our members should not have to go looking for it.”

Early users, including Bob Pennypacker of Sotheby’s International Realty in Healdsburg, California, and Tasha and Michael Osborne of WEC Real Estate in Central Florida, have responded with “This is exactly what’s happening in our market,” recognizing their own territory in the analysis.

REALM Intelligence was developed in collaboration with a pilot group of REALM advisors, ensuring the guidance is practical and grounded. Brad Peters, Founder and CEO of Scoop, explained, “REALM’s members are owners, and each one has spent a career learning their own market; you do not build intelligence for people like that from the outside. So we ran it as a loop. The network told us what was useful and what was noise; we turned that judgment into rules the AI applies to every report, and we shipped again.”

The launch comes as wealth is being created and relocated faster than ever, making it difficult for advisors to stay informed. REALM Intelligence addresses this by delivering actionable insights directly to each advisor, enabling them to reach out to potential clients a month earlier and with more confidence. As Faupel notes, for clients who expect their advisor to already know, that month can be the difference between being called and being consulted.

REALM, which represents over $50 billion in annual member sales across 23 countries, plans a second release focusing on wealth migration trends, tracking where affluent capital is relocating and its impact on individual markets. The service is available to all members immediately.
