ADM Endeavors Wins Two City Uniform Contracts, Including Major Metropolitan Area

ADM Endeavors, Inc. (OTCQB: ADMQ), a vertically integrated provider of custom apparel and promotional products, announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Just Right Products, Inc., has been selected for two new city uniform contracts. The contracts, pending approval by respective city councils, include one with a city of approximately 40,000 residents and another with a city whose population exceeds one million, making it the largest municipality the company has served.

Marc Johnson, CEO of ADM Endeavors, expressed enthusiasm about the awards, noting the pursuit of the larger account for over seven years. “This is exactly what we have been working toward,” Johnson said. “The larger of these two cities is a little personal for me. We have been pursuing this account for more than seven years, and winning it validates all the hard work our team has put in.”

Municipal uniform contracts are awarded through competitive procurement, with evaluations based on price, quality, service, and delivery capability. For a city of this size, requirements are among the most demanding in the public sector. The company attributes its selection to its track record with 17 Texas cities, 12 independent school districts, 5 colleges, and 3 counties, as well as the capacity of its 100,000-square-foot Fort Worth production facility.

Once approved, the contract with the large city would be the most significant municipal opportunity in the company’s history. Cities of more than one million residents employ thousands of uniformed personnel across various departments, and apparel needs recur annually. The second contract aligns with the company’s existing customer profile, together bringing ADMQ’s roster to 19 Texas cities.

Both contracts are subject to city council approval and final documentation. Municipal contracts are typically multi-year agreements with orders placed as needed, so revenue will depend on order volume over time. The company expects to provide updates once finalized.

These awards follow recent momentum, including an announcement that 8 city fire departments placed orders after the company’s first appearance at the 2026 Tarrant County Fire and Arson Investigators Association Conference. In August, the company reported a return to profitability in the second quarter of 2026, with revenue increasing 11.4% to $1,307,924 and net income of $62,061, compared to a net loss in the prior-year period.

Johnson emphasized the strategic importance of the new contracts, stating, “An account of this size is the reason we invested in our Fort Worth facility. The capacity is in place, the team is in place, and we are ready to begin the day the councils give their approval. Public-sector customers renew, and they refer. Every city we add makes the next one easier to win.”

The company’s forward-looking statements acknowledge risks, including potential non-approval by city councils and variable order volumes. For more information, visit ADM Endeavors.
