Solowin Holdings (NASDAQ: AXG) reported fiscal 2026 revenue of $28.05 million, an increase of approximately 895% from $2.82 million a year earlier, according to the company’s latest press release. The surge was driven by a 395% rise in stablecoin and fiat trading volume to $1.04 billion and a 347% increase in client assets under administration to $848.8 million.
The results reflect broader momentum in the digital asset sector. Global stablecoin market capitalization reached $311 billion in 2025, and annualized stablecoin payments were estimated at $390 billion based on December 2025 activity, including approximately $226 billion in business-to-business payments. These figures underscore the growing adoption of stablecoins for commercial transactions.
Following AX Coin Bahrain’s receipt of a full stablecoin issuer license in June 2026, Solowin Holdings outlined key priorities: commercializing its AXUSD and AXBHD tokens, integrating banking and payment partners, and developing payment corridors between the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and Asia as well as the GCC and Africa. The company views these initiatives as central to its dual-token digital economy platform.
Chairman and CEO Ling Ngai Lok emphasized the company’s “license-first” approach amid evolving U.S. digital asset regulation. He pointed to Solowin’s central-bank oversight in Bahrain and its Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) framework in Hong Kong. “When the U.S. rules land, we won’t be scrambling. We’ll be operating,” Lok stated. “Washington’s delay isn’t a threat to us. It’s runway.” The comments suggest that Solowin is positioning itself to benefit from regulatory clarity rather than being disrupted by it.
Solowin Holdings, established in 2016, describes itself as a leading global regulated fintech company that combines blockchain and artificial intelligence technologies to operate a fully compliant dual-token digital economy super platform. Guided by the mission “Mobilizing Tokens 24/7,” the company operates two core business pillars: Digital Asset Tokens and AI Tokens. Its offerings span stablecoin issuance and payments, asset tokenization, securities trading and asset management, as well as AI-powered services including cloud infrastructure, Know-Your-Agent verification, and token router.
Through an integrated ecosystem that includes AX COIN, AX ONE, FERION, SOLOMON, SCION, and KOVAR, Solowin aims to empower global institutions and investors to capitalize on the rapid growth of the dual-token economy.
